I have a 3g 10gb iPod, and am an avid user of the iTunes music store. My wife has expressed interest in the iPod mini, can I sync 2 different iPods with my iTunes library? including purchased music..

Yeah, you can. If I remember right, you can put protected AACs on up to 3 different iPods.

Songs you purchase on the iTunes Music Store can be used on up to 3 Macs, but unlimited iPods.
