I recently put OSX for the first time on my G4 400 Yikes, v10.3, But I keep getting kernel panics after the installation is done. The Dock pops up, the finder bar and then one minute or five minutes later I get the Shut down your computer message or just a bunch of b/w code on my screen..

I use an old beige Colorsync Apple Monitor.

I am familiar with installing OSX so this is not the first time im doing this.

Can someone help me out?
The system runs fine in OS9.

Can you snag the panic.log and report back here with the details? Just paste the log.

Any 3rd party-RAM?
