Webby vs. Keychain

Why would I use the freeware app Webby instead of the Keychain? Granted, Webby has a nicer GUI, but I don't see any features that aren't already present in the Mac OS X keychain and I don't think other applications can reference Webby the way they reference the keychain for specific password/userid/url combinations.
So what exactly is the point of Webby?

Good question. I can't find any point for the existence of Webby.
Plus, according to the sole review at VersionTracker, Webby stores your passwords as plain text.
