Yes.
I saw a snippet of a video in which a guy is gathered-up by the cops, and I see it fully out of context, so I have no idea what happened before -- or for how long it happened. I didn't see ay batons, punches, kicks, etc. I saw them grab him, hold him to the ground, then tie him up.
What did I miss?
