Are the video adapters that are used for the iBook (i.e., the adapter to hook to a VGA projector) the same as are used by the MacBook?

Do tell... :-)

Yes, like Yakov said, you need a Mini-DVI adapter. $19.00

To clarify a bit, the iBook came with a mini-VGA outlet/dongle, while the new MacBook uses mini-DVI.

I found one for free, but that's because a friend of mine didn't need hers anymore and just gave it to me.

They're $19 from the Apple Store, though, and that's the only place you can get them.

All glory to the hypnotoad.
