How does iSync work? I synched my phone with Address Book and found a large number of duplicates in Address Book afterwards. So I deleted the extra entries and generally cleaned it up. Then, to make sure my phone was cleaned up too, I erased all of the entries and resynched the phone. To my horror, it did not add any entries to my phone and erased a substantial amount of Address Book. Luckily, I have a backup copy. But, could someone explain the process iSync goes through to synch a phone with Address Book. Also, is this process the same when synching iCal and iTunes?
