On WAMU's 1A show this morning, they had a pretty good discussion on the new DoJ accusations against Apple "refusing" to create a backdoor in iPhones for law enforcement. Here's the link to the page containing the audio.

A good use of Appleā€™s bottomless pit of money is telling the DoJ they can go **** themselves.

I don't think theres any way this will happen. I heard its a 1st amendment issue at least. I but you could swing 5th amendment in there too if you tried. That said all the 3 letter agencies will may a crazy stink about this until someone at the NSA points out the chinese can ask for it too.
