The main Macnn news page (headline+news option) always hangs up trying to load the column of banners on the right side of the page. I usually use Firefox and on my Powerbook it can sit there and beachball for almost 30 sec. every single time loading that page. On my G5 it only beachballs 5-10 sec. but it is still pretty annoying. Using Safari there is still a small delay but much more tolerable. I'm sure I can't be the only one.

I check MacNN from work using XP with Firefox 2.0.0.12 and the past week or slow the pages have been very slow as it is receiving all the redirected ads. I wish they would do something about it.
