Sent emails?

I'm using Gmail with a new 3g iPhone latest firmware. When I send an email from my iphone it doesn't save a copy in the sent items or anywhere's else and it isn't saved anywhere on gmail when I check from a computer. Any suggestions?

You need to manually set up IMAP and not the preconfigured setting.
