Does it have to be 5V? Can 3.3 V be used.

Check the macgurus.com website for a complete discussion of the different types of DIMMs used in PCI PowerMacs.
I'm pretty sure that the only systems that used (or could use) 3.3V were those with Tanzania motherboards.

Look around for a copy of GURU. This software was free (form Newer tech.), and contains information on memery for all Macs.

the RAM DIMMs you need are also called FPM (Fast Page Module) DIMMs. As finboy and Ra said, they are 168 pin, 5 volts. Minimum speed is 70 ns, but having 60 ns ones would not hurt (but no speed advantage, either).
There is a little speed gain of you install RAM DIMMs in pairs in the 7300 (this is called memory interleaving).
the most recent version of GURU is 2.9. You can dowload it for free at
NewerRAM, http://www.newerram.com/Memoryguide/default.htm
GURU will also tell you a lot of other things about the specs of Macs past and present, not just RAM specifications.

Check out Other World Computing... they have 128 MB Dimms that'll work for you around $80.

I am using a 7300. I just received two 64 MB DIMMS for $80 at DataMem. The product number is DM50 011. They work perfect
