Will a Matshita UJ-845E fit in the optical drive bay of a MacBook 1.83GHz? I'm thinking of transferring my 14" iBook's Superdrive to my MacBook.

I know, I know, it will void my MacBook's warranty. I just want to know if it's possible. Thanks.

a firewire dvd burner will not void your warranty and will never void the warranty on any future macs you own. you want a warranty on a macbook. do you really need to burn dvd's on the go? it's also easier to copy cd's when you have 2 drives.
