I've had it less than a year and it's in really good condition - been in my backpack the whole time. I'm only selling it because I got myself a MacBook Pro, which no longer fits this case. (But I got myself a bigger Tom Bihn Vertical Brain Cell for my MBP, so I definitely recommend it.)
