I recently picked up a Sony Blu-Ray player. It apparently can connect to wireless networks and I'm looking for suggestions on what would be a reasonably priced WAP for it. My biggest concern is the lack of drivers. I'm thinking that one of the gaming ones could be my best option; possibly with one of the old Xbox ones as the cheapest one available. Any other suggestions on what hardware might work?

So if I'm understanding you properly, you're interested in a WIFI access point for your Sony Blu-Ray player, which has built-in WIFI. If that's the case, you don't need any special type of drivers for your player in order to connect to a WIFI router since WIFI is a very well established industry standard. Practically any router you buy will be compatible with your player. Check out dealmac.com for good deals on routers.
