It implied cynicism on my part, y'know kind of like sheep +people= sheeple.
But it was sarcastic cynicism, so that means that it was a joke implygin the opposite of which I said cynically and not saving I hate [head blows up]

By slutty cat had kittens this morning in my sister's closet. 4 little ugly rat cats. Hopefully they'll grow up to be big, lethargic, stupid cat like Tux, the pig cat. One looks like a cow.

whine whine whine, has the thought ever come to mind he's doing work for a living, you know real life stuff and such

Or ever thought this is his pride and joy, The one ring to rule them all, err theme... why rush a master peice when he will have it 100% perfect when its time will come. Anyway even if BBX posted this thread with no teasers to many would be bitching for a small peak, to many in this stinking world are ungreatfull seem's to many people have no respect anymore. "Give it to me, we wantses it now filfy fat hobitses"

Funny how people always say "i could have done it by this time" if thats so how come there ain't as many cool themes as this, not to say there's none at all but there are to few. Lets see these people who can make something more cooler than this that they seem to think they can do.

Hey bv if you want to get all metaphorical on us then well have to get metaphorical on you. How would you like to build your house without any of the raw materials that you needed? I dont think it would be possible unless you had wood, nails, paint, carpet, tvs, etc you get the picture. Well, bbx is going through this dilemna right now. All he needs is ShapeShifter 1.5 to get his little house out the door and into the real estate market.

Understand?

that actually wasn't me getting all metaphorical. it was just an opinion is all. just adding another line to an already exhausted string of opinions... just bored is all. it's only a theme and i'm sure if will make it out here one day, if not thats ok too... but as far as materials: a teepee was quite an awesome dwelling and didn't need too many materials to function.

So...

Where is the announcement?
Where is the announcement of this great theme?
Where are the screenshots?
Where are the icon sets?

Where are the reviews?
With greater than 1000 posts including my own, I have to ask...

Do we have to wait any longer or is this project going nowhere?

I think that's the question on everyone's mind.

I hope bbx would admit this, but my take on it is that he announced it WAY TOO PREMATURELY. I mean, WAY, WAY, WAY TOO PREMATURELY. I don't mind a little hype in advance of a cool new release, but your ducks need to be closer to being in a row before an announcement is made.

I've been looking forward to it for several months now and, well, I've reached the point where I don't really care if it comes out or not. So help me, God.

Why does this hype exist at all? Almost no one saw the theme, why does everyone think this one will be better as DSX, NEOS or Shinobi? What if its a really bad theme? Or was there a screenshot which I havent seen?

I really want to not care if this theme ever comes out or not, but I can't stop hoping. I really want it to come out. I want to use it. I want to delete all the other themes in my computer including my own and Aqua. I want it to be the best thing ever. I want Apple to adopt it for Ocelot. I try to put it out of my mind but I can't. I don't know why everyone thinks it will be so great but it just seems like it will. All BBX other themes are just ordinary themes but for some reason this one seems like it will be something a cut above. I also can't stop thinking that I will never know though.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

I, like mrtew can't wait for it to come out. I also want to set aside my other themes and use this if the animations or whatnot will be included. Just the thought of the x - + widgets makes me have sweet dreams at night. I set a date right here: 9-23-2004. I think the trouble with getting ShapeShifter to do right is going to take long.

Uh... If SS 1.5 takes that long to get released, then we'll all have switched to carpe xtender before we reach that date. Then, of course, with Xtender being available, bbx will want to switch to it so he can get this theme out the door. So your prediction is flawed. I predict that shapeshifter 1.5 will be out by late march, and Omega will either be released with it, or come out 1-2 weeks later. Although I'm really not one to predict...

I say let's just wait till Mac OS X 10.4x comes out -- Omega will have to be completely redone for that I'm sure (silly Apple people completely redoing the GUI all the time. sheesh ;-))

Well its not apples fault, they are making an OS that suits the wider audience. Not everybody themes, actually I'd say themers would make up a tiny partion of the install base. Apple make revisions to the way aqua is with every release not to piss themers off but to improve on aqua...

Here we are again. Another post about a theme--that does not exist.... The end all and be all of themes has arrived, or so it was propheticizied. According to prophecy, this theme would incorporate all of the latest in the goodies we look for...

For us we will never know. All we will know is hype. We believed the hype.. But unfortunately--for us the hype..has died.

And then sooner or later so should this thread...until we get some sort of an update--or a screenshot..Something.

This thread should die proudly...it was such a good thread.
