I've been a PB user for about 7 months (switcher), and love it! I've also searched the forums for info on cleaning a PB, and didn't see a whole thread devoted to the topic, so I thought I'd start one (I'm sorry if I missed it, if there is one).
So, what all do you do to keep your PB clean -- keyboard, screen, etc.?
Thanks!

I use 'Fellowes Screen Cleaning Wipes' they're anti-static and alcohol free. They work like a charm on the entire machine. I'd recommend them to anyone, recommended to me at the Apple Store

It says what to use in your manual but i would recommend A lint free cloth for the screen with water on it and for the case those wipes sound fine

I used iKlear on my new PowerBook screen and it left it streaky and milky looking. It'll never come close to my screen again.
Now the same iKlear made my CRT screen look fantastic.

i use ikear because when i tried cleaning it with soap and water everything streaked and it left an icky film all over the casing. but when i first tried the iklear, i still got streaks, especially on the screen. although the packaging doesn't say it, the stuff works best when the computer has been shut down for awhile and is cool to the touch. then, when applying the solution, keep rubbing gently until the streaks disappear.
the iklear works up a treat.

there is suffering; it is caused by attachment to desire; it ends by ending attachment; freedom from suffering is through the eightfold path.

no offense to the macnn.com community, but I posted this topic like 2 months ago and EVERYBODY shot me down for posting a thread that "once existed already."
iklear does work though

I use iKlear too. It works great on the exterior, but leaves marks on the screen, however. A damp, lint-free cloth might be a better option for the LCD.
