I bet a lot of people wonder this: how does one assemble the icons in a folder to make one large picture, like when you open the Norton Utilities CD? I imagine you take said image and chop it into 32x32 squares and make icons, but how do you seamlessly arrange the icons in the folder, plus get the space for the file name to stay blank? Hopefully there's a plug-in that can do it....

Use GraphicConverter. Does a bunch of awesome stuff including "save as finder picture".
