I used this font ages ago on an old project i am now redesigning. And i need a font that is similar. What i would like to do is print this out then cut it out and then use it as a template to make a giant cookie which i will then cook and photograph.

What the font will guess, the wrong guesses may be your "similar". Or you could just search for "cute handwriting script font."
from fontdiner.com:
Why do you want a different font, something thicker that will be easier to "cookie?" Maybe just take the old logo into Illustrator and tweak it there?

Well see this is gonna be a template for a cookie basically, so it has to be fairly simple but have a script feel to it. I sorta like thystle but possible less joined up as this will be lost with through the baking
