I have successfully restored my new iPhone 4S from the Cloud. However, when trying to get my Apps to download, I get an error message "The iTunes store is unable to process your request. An item on your order is not available in the country associated with your Apple ID".
The trouble is, I must have 30 or 40 Apps and I have no idea which is the offending App, which presumably, I must have been able to download in the first place!
Any ideas?

In iTunes, organize your apps by Date Added. It's got to be one of the more recent ones that's causing the problem.

Thanks, I managed to work around it by downloading all Apps to iTunes and then syncing with the phone. I didn't find the offending App, however!
