These are the 10.1.x instructions to turn on (and pretty much turn off) allowing network users to login into your system. How do I turn it off with 10.2.x?

turn off the root access, or turn off binding to a netinfo parent, if on, in directory access.

The Other User is automatic these days

It also applies to any bound Directory Service protocol, not just Netinfo.
