Do you guys think it is okay to buy a MacBook now or do you think there might be some small improvements to speed/price in the week or two following WWDC?

Thanks

It was released less than 3 months ago... I doubt we'll see any upgrades for at least another 3 months.

I agree with mduell.... I think the only Apple changes we'll see any time soon are either a new iPod (for the holidays, you know...) I do however expect to see some cool shiz at MacWorld in January .

I had this same problem. I was on the fence before WWDC.
I jumped in and got a Macbook on the 5th. Best thing I've done computer wise.
I love it, I've had none of the problems that everyone is posting.
I couldn't be happier.

I placed a 2.0 MB order today. I decided there is no sense in waiting months just to *see* what happens. My iBook needs some serious attention, and I can probably rebuild it myself if I don't have time-pressure. The MB will be really handy right now, and allow me to keep everything up-and-running while take the iBook down to bits.

This is a very good time to buy a MB. I doubt it will see any changes before Jan 07.
