I'm not a fan of sushi, but being a restaurant chef is no picnic, so kudos there. And, given that it's a reputable restaurant, if you do well there, it can only get better. Good luck with it all.

Handling raw fish is cooler than dealing with kids any day of the week. Congratulations.

Why does sushi chef in New Haven CT seem funny to me?

Nevertheless, congrats -- I wish you much raw fishy joy and happiness.

Please quit your daycare job first. Cleaning up after 3-year-olds then handling food is... well, hazardous.

I love Sushi. Congrats on the new job.

How long have you been making sushi? I reckon you can't just become a "chef" over night?

I've also been thinking about going into the field of "preparing food"...

Have you been touched by his noodly appendage?
