It would be great if we had an idea of what the most common complaints/questions/bugs/whatever were so that we didn't inundate your already full system of email. Would you please consider either a support-related FAQ on your site, or a post in this forum that can be regularly updated with the latest issues? I suggest turning off commenting because I think sometimes the maturity level of this forum makes it hard to keep the post relevant.
