I say that he's going to be guilty because the jury is so conservative and on the side of the prosecutor, Tom Sneddon, that I think it's locked up.
BUT, I hardly see how they can say that because I think that there is huge "reasonable doubt."
Here comes Michael...

Okay, a "source" tells me that Jacko is going to be acquitted...
I think he should be. Although, I do think he's a sicko and perhaps is capable of some weird crap, I think there is reasonable doubt and that is what makes America America.

Why do you call him a sicko if he has never been charged with anything? Do you know him personally?

He may be strange, he may even be sick, but neither of those makes him a criminal. The trial definitely proved that "Jacko" is one weird, fükked-up in the head muhfükka, but by no stretch was it proven that he is a pedophile.

CHA-CHING! That's a C-Note for me.
I knew he'd be aquitted. The prosecution botched the hell out of this case.

You'd have to be an idiot to not see how the prosecution fumbled the ball on this case.

Cody, I've never seen anyone fall harder to FUD than this. His life is far from over. His career is far from over too. It will never be the same as it was, but that doesn't mean anything. Prince will never be as popular as he once was, but that doesn't make his music any less amazing.
Yes he is weird, but he is a CHILD STAR. In case you haven't noticed, it is normal for child stars to be weird.
As far as being a parent, you are an idiot if you think his children will be better off without him. I work with real neglected children and abused children, and I know how terrible many parents are in the real world. Think about it: Michael's kids are well fed, clothed, will have the best education, have money for college, and have hollywood connections for careers. Most importantly they have emotional nurturance and security. How bad can all of that be that you would rather have them removed from their home. Do you know how horrible that shock is for children?

Anyway you slice it, the guy is cooked. Stick a fork in him and turn him over. Even if he is acquitted his life is pretty much ruined. He's basically bankrupt and he has no fan base that will buy his music. He's really too old, probably, to make a comeback. He sounds decrepit from what I've heard and seen about his health. He probably can't do much in the way of calisthenics exercises or his nose might fall off.
He needs to give his kids to people who care. The mother of those kids, Debbie Rowe, is an ass. She basically sold those kids to him and now she says she wants them back. What kind of a mother gives birth twice, gives the kids away, and never looks back? Not a good one, anyway.
When he dangled that baby over the balcony in Germany I thought he should have been arrested and locked up back then.
The entire thing is a disgrace. It's even worse than a cautionary tale. It's like watching a train wreck over and over again.
I was watching a show with George Lopez on it and he was talking about being subpoenaed to the trial and he said that he saw Michael Jackson and said, "The guy looks really weird. I've never met him. But, I feel sorry for him. He looks like one of those nutcracker puppets at Christmas because of his clothes and the way he looks with make-up."
No matter what happens his life is over as he knows it. I hope Paul McCartney can buy the rights to the Beatles' work back when he defaults on the loan that he took out on those rights. Bank of America sold those rights to a private group in NYC and I have a feeling that McCartney might just buy them back. After those rights are sold (or forfeited) the guy has, basically, nothing left. Neverland is totally maxed out, leveraged, in loans also.
What a disaster.

I don't know. Is it worse than having a father who molests other kids your age?

I'll assume we're discussing this from a theoretical standpoint, since we don't have any evidence that any person we both know is guilty of such a crime.
And I would have to say that the neglect is worse. My friend's father (who is rich) molested an unrelated youth, and today my friend is a top student at one of the best universities in the nation. This person went through a crisis, but is fine (and just so you know, the perpetrator is in jail still- where he belongs).
Of course that is just one case. I don't know the etiology of children of convicted sex offenders, but I'll look it up.
