I've tried a couple of solutions for reading RRS feeds on the iPhone, but this seems to be the best, and it syncs with NetNewsWire on your Mac. Looks just like an iPhone app, as well. I've only tried it for a few minutes, so there may be some issues that I haven't found yet, but so far it looks great.
It seems very cool. I use NewsFire at home, but you can export an OPML file and import it into newsgator. I don't change my feeds all that often, so I don't mind the 'hassel.'
