everytime after my PB awake from sleep it doesnt mount my USB2.0 Apacer HandySteno thumbdrive. Try both USB port on my 15" PB, no use. I must restart the machine, then it works. Is there any fix or alternate way to mount the tumbdrive?

Do other USB devices work after wake from sleep? If so, it's the drive, not the machine. Is there a little light on the drive that indicates access? Does it pulse when you plug it in?

Have you updated your PB. There was a problem with the USB shutting off and not working after sleep, but an OS update fixed it, cant rememeber which one but it seems like thats what you got (I think people had to install 10.3.3 or 10.3.4 for it to go away, if you have those on your system already then I'm pretty sure its the drive and not your book).
NOW YOU SEE ME! 2.4 MBP and 2.0 MBP (running ubuntu)

try remounting it in the disk utility, i could have become unmounted.

there is a program called "mount me!" that is supposed to do this for you.

BTW, please don't mount me. j/k
