Even if you have a moral issue with prostitution (I don't), make it legal to get the pimps out of the equation.

Regulation means mandatory STD testing and mandatory condom usage, making it safer for everyone.
Hopefully if it's done above the board, there's less chance of human trafficking as well.

Should be legal for many reasons.
I wonder if this would fall under USDA or BAFT... and would there be grades like the restaurants in nyc with A-F ratings. Only stamped on their asses so you're assured of the quality you expect.
