I'm leaving tonight to the Dominican Republic to surprise my grand-mom who's birthday is tomorrow...

I'm only going there for the weekend (coming back Sunday night) I'm thinking of taking many pictures with my Nikon D70, I have a 1 gig Sandisk type II ultra and another 512 Megs of the same card. Would you recommend for me to bring my powerbook so I can load my pictures after the memory on the camera gets filled up? or should I just leave the PB behind nice and safe at home and just keep in mind that I only have 1 1/2 gig of space for photos? Any suggestions of what would you do?

Thanks in advance

Dannye

Unless you're shooting RAW, I'd recommend just sticking with the Gig & 512meg cards.
