I've had iTunes on my Mac for a while now, but just now got it on my PC. So what would be the easiest way to get them all from my Mac to my PC?

If I recall, the library format is the same between the two systems, so you can simply replace the iTunes folder (in your music folder) with one from another computer and it should Just Work.
