I just need to know what should be on a Zip disk and what the disk should be called when trying to use an Iomega Zip drive with a Mac for the firat time. I have bought a second-hand Zip but a Tools disk was not with it.
I should know but I can't remember... and I have checked Iomega's site and downloaded software/drivers but simple questions don't seem to be answered.
Hope someone can nudge my memory.

Thanks in advance

Nothing needs to be on the Zip disk. The drivers need to be on the hard disk.

If you have a USB Zip drive, you need nothing. Apple's built-in USB mass storage drivers will work. (If you don't have these drivers, download them at http://asu.info.apple.com/swupdates.nsf/artnum/n11418 )

Otherwise, you only need the Iomega Driver extension.
