We needed to upgrade Retrospect Server 6.1 to Workgroup 6.1, but it's not allowing me to enter a new registration code. After reinstalling, it automatically picks up the old license code, and won't allow me to delete it (because "It is also the Retrospect application license code"), but when I attempt to add the new code it fails as well (because "It is for licensing the Retrospect application, which already has a license code").
The workgroup version came in a new box (wasn't purchased as an upgrade) so the instructions aren't much help.
Anybody know where I should look to make it forget the old code?
