Hi
Someone gave me a 5300 lap top which works quite well and I in turn would like to give it to someone else who cannot afford to buy one at the moment. My question is, does anyone know how I could find out what printers would work with this computer and would they still be available. Thanks in advance for your help.

any mac printer with a serial port should work just fine. check discount and clearance places for any stock they might have left.

Stylewriters are getting old now, and any on ebay or in other places have probably seen their fare share of prints. In other words, they are probably close to worn out.
Some of the previous generation Epson printers, like the 740 or Photo 700 still have standard Mac serial. I think they are great printers and are usually in good condition on the used market.
