Desktop pictures tailored to the 1280 15"!

I have a 15" so naturally ive looked around for good desktops that would fit that resolution, and ive found great ones.. i put this up on my .mac for a couple of people to dl, and ill take it off soon but i thought id put this to ya

www.macdesktops.com has a huge collection of desktop pix tailored to all common Mac resolutions. Why don't you contribute them to there?

first of all, this is a collection of ones that in my opinion are some of the best, and i put it up for that very reason, how about you just go to macdesktops.com and not bother with the ones ive posted?

Thanks krux! Awesome pictures. I love the nature shots. Incredible. If you have more I would love to use them. My desktop looks fantastic. Why won't Apple supply better pictures?

the purpose of posting it was not to provide people with a source of generic desktop's it was a few people who wanted my collection so i put it up for them, and for the time being leaving it up for more people, If anyone want's to view a whole collection go to any site that provides desktops or perhaps just google "desktop pictures" ... and i think everyone already knows this so why keep brining it up?!

Obviously my experience has been different from others but - I have never found anything worthwhile at macdesktops. The pics seem to generally be of low quality and low aesthetic value. I get alot better results from skimming alt.binaries.pictures.wallpaper
