I have paid for Wallet about a month ago (end of december) it is now mid January and I have not received a serial/license/activation number. I tried the retrieval option on Waterfalls website it doesn't work. I have emailed them about 5 times already and I don't get a response. Has anyone else expeirienced this? What do you guys suggest I do? I know I have been charged. Paypal says so. and so does my Credit card statement.

You could dispute the charges with either Paypal or your credit card

Check your spam filter, and make sure it hasn't been eating the e-mails from them with your serial in them.

Contact your credit company and they should refund the money no problem.
Don't bother with Paypal.
