My ipod froze. I was watching a video that I put on there, one that I downloaded and converted to be able to be put on the ipod, and the video froze and now I can't do anything. I can't go back to the menu or turn it off, I tried plugging it into to my computer to see if it would load onto itunes but it didn't do anything, does anybody know what I should do?

hold down the center button and the menu button for 15seconds (restart your ipod) and that should fix your issue
