Check out the apple website OSX area, looks like OS 9.1 will be included with OSX

What were you expecting, Apple not to include a "classic" OS? That would cripple almost everyone.

Actually I wasn't "expecting" anything, and the question of whether OSX would actually include or not include OS 9.1 has been raised on every Mac related UBB around the web. I'm glad to see it's going to happen it's a great deal two OS's for a little more then the price of one
