I need to record some meetings that I'll be attending. I have an ancient one channel cassette recorder that is not going to cut it. I'm looking for something that I can plug into my mac and transfer the audio into iTunes for playback without any hassle. I'd also love it if it were under a hundred bucks, but I'll look at all recomendations.
Thanks in advance.
Bill

I use Olympus WS-311M with 512MB and am very happy with it. I record my band practices on it and the sound is great! Got it for around $75 on ebay few months ago. Tiny, simple and works off of 1 AAA battery. It saves files in Windows Media so you will have to have QuickTime pro or other alternative to save it as something that iTunes will understand. You might also want to look into ipod attachments. I forgot which one I tried but the sound quality was fantastic. Something shiny black with stereo mic.
