I plugged my iPod into the computer this morning at 10.AM Before that moment, the indicator showed it was about 50 % full. I decided I wanted the iPod fully charged, so I waited and wiated and wiated.

About 1 PM the icon showed up a full battery, but still with the flash icon next to it, and no progess change or something. I thought it would be done or something. I disconnected it

But I needed access to it from my Mac and plugged it in back again and since then it started charging again. It's now 14:18!

When is this damn thing finally full?

Wouldn't it be handy so show up an indicator of the PERCENTAGE the iPod is full during the charge, like this:

If you charge with the AC adaptor, it says CHARGED when it's done charging on the screen. Charging directly from a Mac, it seems like it says it's charging forever.

actually, i think if you charge it over your computer, it will read charged on right hand corner too! However i'm not sure if the icon is still flashing or not.
