I'm trying to see if Apple will let me redownload 2 seasons of South Park that I purchased two weeks ago, but lost when I formatted my MBP and my Time Machine backup failed to truly back up anything.

I have another hard drive with a backup from pre-Leopard so I have most of my songs I purchased, the rest I can re-rip off... but the SOuth Park episodes were my test TV downloads from iTunes, and quite frankly for as much as I paid, I want them back again.

I tried the Report a Problem links on the iTunes store (Account -> Purchase History -> select purchase -> Report a Problem) but am never given a form to fill in explaining the situation.

What can I do?
MacBook Pro | 2.16 ghz core2duo | 2gb ram | superdrive | airport extreme
iBook G4 | 1.2ghz | 768mb ram | combodrive | airport extreme
iPhone 3GS | 32 GB | Jailbreak, or no Jailbreak
