Expose = no need for tabs?

If it's as fast as they say it is, wouldn't this pretty much replace the need for tabs in, e.g. web browsers?

If you use two monitors you lose Quartz Extreme too, don't you? I admit that is one big reason I never got a second monitor/video card.

Although Expose looks cool, it won't be replacing tabs.
Replacing tabs with Expose would add another layer of protocol necessary to switch windows, and interrupt workflow in an application (open new window -> do work -> bring up expose -> switch to other window vs open tab -> do work -> switch tab).
Expose looks like it will help simplify workflow between applications, but tabs will still have a use in letting you do more with less space.
