Your point? I like the car, it looks awesome, and it drives great; with features to boot.

A "congrats brass for your new car purchase" would suffice lamy.

I didn't grumble when you got your wife.

Yes, "lamy", a congrats would "suffice".

BTW, after 5 minutes I decided to get a pack of Toast Chee from the vending machine. I wouldn't mind some congratulations for that, Broses.

Really the Tesla, but I'm happy that you are enjoying the Lancer as well! I've never been in any car made by Mitsubishi, but I can relate to the feeling of satisfaction I'm sure you got after doing your homework and then choosing the Lancer. I'm also happy you didn't get the CRV or Rav4 as I'm sure you can tell from my first post that I'm not a big fan of either vehicle. I'm jealous since I've been looking for a car for months and haven't found anything I love.

I went to pop in a cd, and next to the slot it says dvd. hmmm, so I popped in a dvd and it started playing on the nav screen! I'm loving this car more and more.

So I guess it's safe to say it has some form of ipod integration?

How is the GPS unit? Is the screen a decent resolution? Every built in nav unit I've seen has been terrible compared to a $150 external standalone unit. The warning that says not to operate the GPS and car at the same time is also annoying. Where is the "don't ask me again" check box?!

iPod via RCA As far as the screen quality goes, for everything but movies (during the daytime) it's great. If playing a movie at night, it looks awesome.

resolution: 800x480
