Here's what i got:
Atari 2600 (gave it away to a relative)
NES 8-bit
GameBoy Original (creamed spinach-screen)
SNES 16-bit
I quit buying game consoles after i bought my Macintosh.... i was just into first-person-shooters more.... something the SNES nor other consoles had. Well... i never truely lost my love for Street Fighter or "Marvel vs. Capcom" -style games.... but for those, i prefer just going to the arcades.

A silver DS Phat and a black PSP. I'll probably get a DS Lite, they get released here later this week and have been advertised for pre ordering. I haven't pre ordered one, so I'll get one whenever they get into normal stock after the initial rush. I'm not even sure if they will be out of stock after the pre orders, or if the game stores are just cashing in and making it out to be in shorter supply than it really is.

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

I've got an original gray b&w game boy sitting in some drawer somewhere. Has been 10 years since I last touched it.

"Nintendo of America has just anounced that in less than two years since the introduction of the Nintendo DS, more than 21 million units have been sold around the globe."

Not that it matters to me all that much, but seeing as how so many-a-fanboy use marketshare as an end-all benchmark...i think its worth mentioning.
Cheers

GBClassic, GBAdvance, DS, and Game Gear. I keep giving the GP2X a long, hard look as well.

A diehard PSP friend of mine chucked his PSP to the side (although he still swears by it)...and brought one of those. apart from the horrible battery life (according to him).... its classic-gaming-heaven. i held it...felt alright...not exactl pocketable.
If Sony, with the PSP is hacker's hell (with firmware upgrades).....the GP2X is hacker's heaven (there's an article in a recent Wired issue about this device as well).
Cheers

The GP2X looks interesting. It would be a better system for emulation than the PSP, and I could go ahead and upgrade the firmware in my PSP and leave it that way.

I currently only have a PSP with 2 games (NFS & Tomb Raider Legends) but I would love to have a Nintendo DS Lite.

I have a psp, a ds and a couple other gameboys. The DS gets played for advance wars, mostly.
The psp gets more play, I have GTA, Burnout Legends, Syphon Filter and Daxter. Haven't played Daxter yet but Syphon Filter is AMAZING.
I considered the ds lite, but I just can't justify the expense. The psp was a gift, and I doubt I'd have spent the money on it either.

Game Gear, and I had/have a lot of good games for it, too.
I'd really enjoy snagging a DS Lite, but that's sadly not in the budget right now.
