With "150" improvements and additions, what single feature do you find the most intriguing or most useful?
Ton's of great stuff. I find Sherlock to be the most refined, simple, complete, and fun to use app. Movies and Yellow Pages: very well thought out.

Best SINGLE Feature:
Quartz Extreme.
Apple is saving something special for it in next release. I don't know what it is yet but it's going to be HUGE!

Spring Loaded folders got butchered.
Seriously, wtf? You can only use them when moving/copying files, not to navigate? Get real...

How would SLF be any easier than simply using column view?

I would love the new FTP from the desktop feature if it fully worked

I don't know about "single feature" but I like that I can control the volume of my iSub -- too bad there's now a bug that keeps the iSub functioning when I press the "mute" button... oh well.

I kinda like the new 'feel.' The new buttons, dock and darker menus all look nicer to me.

The 'Whoa' factor. I am really impressed with Jaguar. Apple has done it again, and I think they are on the right track on making changes.

The best feature? They seem to have added an API for flavorTypePromiseHFS, so that as soon as I get ahold of 10.2, I should be able to add drag-and-drop to Pacifist!

My feedback wish came true, I can check Mail from the Mail dock icon, without popping up the main window unnecessarily.
Ok, so maybe not the best feature, but nice
My favorite weird feature is using the 'Map of' feature in Adress Book. My country is set as Finland and when I click on the adress field title ('home') to get the map, the online service tells me I'm in.... Omaha. LOL.

I agree. This is probably my favorite feature. The new dock background, improved cursors, QE; everything about the UI just seems so much more refined. I'm really liking this. Now if only my university would fix its network so I don't get blocked trying to login to the AIM server

Because at least using the click-and-a-half feature, the windows are still layed out exactly like you expect. It's the same functionality as the column view, except with the layout of the standard window view. I think it makes it MORE intuitive and useful. I tend to dislike column view unless I'm checking out a directory with many many files.

I can't say that I really have a SINGLE favorite feature. I like rendezvous, the extended battery life, and the overall improved speed. I also really like the new developer tools.

I love being able to scroll left and right by holding down the shift key and using the scroll wheel..Works in most apps and is especially nice in Column view.

Fast finder. The older slower finder is what kept me going back to OS 9 I couldn't spend 30 seconds waiting to switch from view by name to view by kind. That is gone now and I'm in OS X for good (I only wish I had waited until 10.2 before coughing up the cash).

I like 2 things
1) The ability to put your screen saver as your background image (For full time use only use with a Gforce3 or Gforce4 Ti or ATI equivalent)
2) the new GUI...much smoother, nicer colours, etc.
