My brand-new, bought-from-store powerbook has uneven space between the monitor and the base on the right vs left side facing the clasp. It seems as though I have read someone else has had this problem before, but I'm not sure. I'm going to take this one back on monday, as I'm worried that it will get caught on something and possibly mess up the screen.
