Watching it now... currently Steve is playing with iPhoto. I love the interface tweaks they've done to it, and Tiger looks sensational. demograph68, you're right, that Mail -> iPhoto effect is super-slick.

When the Mac mini comes with Tiger pre-installed, I'm hoping to pick one up. Unless the PowerBook G5 comes out before then.

For anyone wanting a little dial-up friendly propaganda for potential switchers, I cut up about 2:25 of the Mac Mini introduction highlighting the interesting parts about it including the SJ describing its specs and holding it up to show how small it is.

Please right-click to download rather than viewing in browser. Its much better at larger-than-native size and probably wouldn't load so well from my iDisk. Right-click on this link to download.

Anyone know where the really high quality one is? The 300 meg one via the torrent looks bad next to what the official stream is playing. Best way to tell, try and read the text before it starts. With the stream it is clear. With the torrent, not so clear.

I've never used Torrent before, so could someone pm with some directions on how to use it?

BTW, on a side-note, after screwing around on the site I found this:

http://www.apple.com/ilife/garageban.../jampack1.html

Notice the sidebar on the right, near the bottom for Jam Pack 3:
Jam Pack 3: Rhythm Section
Hire a different drummer with new licks and more cowbells.
Cue the Farrell gif.

It's like finding that hidden joke in the palette option in Photoshop (the little gnome on it). Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, a web designer was bored. And maybe me too.

Update: I think they boosted the keynote resolution. It's better than it was on the 14th. It indicates 448 x 252 pixels.

Yes; the streamed version is of a higher quality than even the highest-quality standalone file anyone has been able to locate. I'm sure we'd all appreciate knowing where to find the ber high-quality file.

...Sorry to keep beating a dying horse, but has anyone dug up the standalone link to the super-high-resolution version of the '05 SF keynote (bigger than the 350-ish MB previously available)?
