iconservicesagent - generates or fetches icons for files, apps, bundles. Usually for the Finder.
backupd-helper - Time Machine schedule assist daemon.
tccd - keeps track of which apps can access your contacts, etc. Whenever a dialog pops up asking if "xxx" can access something of yours, you're talking to tccd.
"isd" - did you mean "icdd"? If so, it's a helper that matches cameras & scanners to the right driver.

Maybe you saw "lsd" - man entry says "lsd provides various services for CoreServices frameworks. It is not meant to be invoked directly and it must not be terminated."

backupd-helper is definitely part of TM.

Ok reader thanks. lsd funny! But non of these things are odd to be at 50%. Maybe just bad luck for that moment, all four were up going strong? Finder windows were getting beachballs.
