I have been looking forward to these many-times-delayed book, and now it doesn't show up anywhere. Has it been cancelled? Why?
I'm so disappointed. I have long wanted to be taught AS by the man who invented it (EDIT: as a marketable product, anyway).
What went wrong? Why couldn't the book get finished?

OK, not historically accurate. But probably knows more about AS than anybody alive. Or is that hyperbole too?
OK, OK, so I don't have my facts straight. Sorry. 
But SS was instrumental in keeping AS alive when nobody else at Apple was very enthusiastic about it — not even Steve Jobs.
