I have recently been experiencing the dreaded rapid shutdown of my macbook. I have had my macbook for 13 months and have had minor issues. Recently my macbook has shutdown with about 20-30% battery power left. I luckily bought the extended warranty. Does anybody know what the best process to resolve my issues? Should I take it to an apple store and have a genius look at it, or should I just call apple-care? What is the standard procedure that apple implements, i.e. they troubleshoot first over the phone; do they simply just send a box to your home and send your macbook off and wait (how many days) until they fix it???

thanks in advance....
