My Guess:

iPod stereo with bluetooth connector for old iPods to play wirelessly. Perhaps has Wifi to send music to Airport express'.

Some special edition iPod

Full length movies on iTunes (Better video quality)

New Mac Mini (Intel chip)

New version of iTunes

iPod software updates

Quicktime updates

New iPod TV ad

NO IPOD VIDEO WITH TOUCH SCREEN.

There.

Core Solo iBook
Core Solo Mac mini, with Front Row
New iTunes with new TV content, but no full length movies, and no HD content
iPod boombox
No iPod video with touch screen, even though I still really really want a 480x360 H.264 iPod.

too soon for new ipods...

new ibooks big and small.

since the rumors are that apple is not ramping up for the macbook pro 12", i suspect an ultra small laptop that is smaller than the ibook...

Oh ya, the Apple website will get updated. (But that was an easy one).

The keynote stream will be available later that day.

1. an entertainment hub that streams Movies and TV series you buy from the itunes store.

2. a intel based mac mini with an ipod dock inbuilt.

3. a gsm phone - iPhone of sorts

4. tablet based/PDA styled remote control for your front row/entertainment hub thing-a-ma-jig.

iPod capacity bump / U2 bundle or something-or-other
movie content via iTunes (especially Disney stuff....isn't today the 50th Anniversary Lady and the Tramp DVD release, BTW?)
maybe the Intel-based Mac mini (sorry...no Core Duo...too expensive and hard to come by )

I still think the MacBook and MBP 13"/17" models aren't going to happen before April...at least that would make more sense considering the MBP just started shipping. But who knows...with this Intel transition it's seriously up-in-the-air.

- Special Edition iPod
- iPod Boombox (don't know if this means a boombox dock a iBoom or if it'll have a HD)
- Intel-based mini
- something like a mini but with a 3.5" HD and more home-entertainmenty outputs

- no iBook replacement
- no Real Video iPod™

- a pony

P.S. This confuses me:

Why? If you've got the iPod right there, you can just plug the audio cable into it. If the idea is that you charge the iPod and pass the music through, well, wouldn't Apple rather just sell a dock? And if you're gonna control the iPod's library from a computer that sees the Airport, why not just plug the iPod into that? Please elaborate.

Oh yeah, Video Airport Express. Totally forgot about that one. It's needed. I wonder what kind of hardware chip it'd take though, and what the max reasonable rez is... 480p? Even 720p doesn't seem realistic in terms of real-world wireless bandwidth and processing power in a little power adapter-sized Video Airport Express, especially when cost is factored into the equation.

I'm not buying into the TiVo-like device either just yet. And like I said earlier, no HD content on iTunes.

If an Intel mini came out TODAY, I would have one ordered at the Computer Forum by 3PM.

I'm just placing all my bets on an i-mini. iMini. Intel Mini. A whatever they wanna call it.

I'm guessing an upgraded Intel Mac mini is a shoo-in. After all, I just bought my wife a mini last Thursday. LOL

I don't really care considering she got what she needs, but it would be typical to buy something right before upgrades.

Apple will buy Disney, then Pixar will buy Apple, thus creating a paradox and ripping a hole in the space-time continuum.

Oh yeah, and a 2 hour demo of the new iCards. w00t.
