Strange Mail.app behavior...Anyone else experience this?

	It's happened 5 or 6 times now. I click on the window title to drag it, and the window doesnt move. The problem is, is that it does move (as far as the computer is concerned) and i can't control the app any more because its "invisible" to me. If i quit and reopen, it appears where it should have been after i drug/dragged/whatevered it. I don't have any haxies except transparent dock... any ideas?
