I have a problem.
I have lost the ability to pick up downloads.
Nothing that I have picked shows in my downloads folder.
Can someone tell me what I have done/lost please?

What application are you using to download? Safari, Firefox, etc.?
This is an application problem so I've moved it to the correct forum.

Depending on the browser, look in that browser's settings (preferences) and see where it is putting the downloads. Also, if you know the name of anything you have downloaded, just look for that in spotlight and you'll find it instantly.

Now sorted - after hiccups.
Reinstalled system by archive and instal. Still no downloads.
Reinstalled, by \nuke and pave'. Success!
I have no idea what caused the problem, but now its cleared.
Thanks for your help.
Greg
